Cell-Phone Market in Europe
The cell-phone industry is very developed in Europe. Today everybody has a cell-phone, from all age groups, and all walks of life. In my country everybody has a cell-phone that is no more than a year old, and wherever you go you have a signal. You can be in the woods or between the mountains, and you will always have a signal. The cell-phone market is very diverse. You can buy the newest cell-phone on the market. They are expensive, especially in my country where people don’t make lot of money. But still people are going to buy a cell-phone before anything else. Prepaid cards have brought in millions of new users, especially in Southern Europe. In Europe it costs nothing to receive a cell-phone call. Prepaid cards are great for the youth population, who are the main users of cell-phones, because they don’t have a monthly bill and they use mostly text messaging because it cost much less than to actually call someone.
